its been very busy lately, family business that needed to get taken care of finally get done...moving my home coming tuesday thx to existing greedy land lord, rent in this city's gone absolutely insane and finally get my new notebook, pics will come soon
just read pat's mail about salt, very useful info, i have never thought of salt this way....now i understand why all these body builders need to cut salt out of their diets..
so far so good with my diets and work outs...a bit hard to squeeze time to do it all..

can't believe its one mth down two to go already....its been a blast the past mth, getting the work outs done and eating healthy feels great reminds myself of how i used to live ten years ago....talking with some friends yesterday and realized that a single order of singapore style fried noodles is freaking 1400 cal and we haven't touched on calorie from fat yet...now i do realize food selection is important....attending my niece bday party today, try to get some pics up soon

i guess its time for me to get a new notebook. i took some pics just now and the thing went dead on me. Anyway, i had a bit too many indulgence food last nite. Had some japanese style bbq ox tongue and chicken kidney. To be honest, so far the pcp diet has not been too painful on me. I enjoy eating veg, pasta and chicken/ fish knowing that i am actually eating something healthy for the body. partly due to the fact that maybe its time of my life i want to do something new. Pics will come later. I am actually using my wife's mac now. cheers everybody, keep up the good work.

got up early to get my exercise done, i am used to eating veg and meat and pasta, i knew the eating is not gonna be tough from the beginning but the shopping and cooking part is...also i dont miss booze much which is a good sign, maybe i am too tired each night from my exercise already.....wanted to take pics of my food but couldnt find my camera, will definitely get it done soon....typhoon is coming to hong kong in the next couple of days, better stack up some veg and meat...take care everybody who happens to be in town, dont be those idiots that go see the waves on the beaches, only cause problems for the firemen and ambulances, cheers

bagel without cream cheese...341 cal, wtf....wheat toast only 78 cal...guess i will be sticking with wheat toast for a while..havent lost any weight yet...but feel strong without booze, going strong

alcohol free for six consecutive days, or nites for that matter..thats a record..varied my food a bit last nite, ate some steam shrimp, which i remember is allowed, some different shape of pasta, got up early for exercise, need to find some recipe for coming week, will share with u guys once i discover the holy grail..mean time, pics coming soon
