1st day

Can't wait to get this started.  A colleague of mine just finished his a couple of days ago and i hv not seen him in better shape.  Cutting everything in half first day so far's been ok.  Had half a bowl of congee for breakfast and 5 pcs of sushi for lunch.  Will have some veg and chicken for dinner. Gotta to stay away from booze. Night no.1 without scotch.  Now off to my exercise.
